Shipping Duration:
Products are delivered within 2 to 7 business working days after dispatch.
Deliveries to very remote or difficult locations may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical
constraints.
International shipments will be delivered in 7 to 15 days depending on the country.
In rare cases, deliveries may take up to 15 days due to reasons such as logistic problems, government regulation change, Custom
clearance, etc.
For specially made-to-order products please give us up to 15 days to manufacture the product according to your requirements. We
will ship the product as soon as it is ready.
All products are shipped out between 3-10 working days depending on the product category.
Please note: all the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend+
public holidays.
In situations beyond control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Beautyconcept will
ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we may not be able to produce or deliver your order piece in such cases you will
be offered an alternate option/ store credit/ full return/ or exchange the item.
Shipping Charges: Delivery within India
Free Shipping within India-for all orders.
Shipping Charges: Delivery outside India
beautyconcept.in charges a minimum amount of INR 1399 (per order-Rate varies depending upon the weight, an additional INR 500
will be added for an additional I kg) for all shipping outside India.
For Delivery outside India, the Cash on Delivery mode of payment option is not available.
Acurrency conversion charge of 7% will be levied on payments made through PayPal.
Important Note: Additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a particular country are to be borne by the
customer.
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through Registered International Courier companies. For domestic buyers,
orders are shipped through Registered Domestic Courier companies and /or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 7-10 working
days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier
Company/post.
Change of Delivery Address
Once the order has been placed but not dispatched the order Is still under process, we can change the delivery address. You need to

Once the order has been placed and dispatched, we could be unable to redirect the order to the second delivery address. We
apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Delivery to Remote Areas.
Although we ship to maximum places in different parts of India and we are continuously working on increasing our reach to make our
products easily available to everyone in different locations. But whether the order can or cannot be delivered to your address also
depends on various circumstances such as whether our trusted delivery partner can deliver at your address, Legal Restrictions, if any,
on shipping particular products to your location.
Taxes and Duties
For Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers: Most countries are shipped to on an DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis which means products prices
displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied
by the country you are in. The payment at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. For more

Office Norms
Beautyconcept is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over
the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as
per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Beautyconcept is in no way responsible for any damage to the order
while in transit to the buyer. However, if there is any damage to the box or the seal is open kindly call our customer care number
immediately.
Tracking of Order
You will also be able to track your order online using the AWB number of your parcel. The details of the AWB number and the link to
the tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our center.
