Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. We are always with you, before your
purchase and after your purchase. Our Replacement, Return and Cancellation policies give you buyer protection and ensure that
you do not get any ugly surprises post your purchase.

Replacement:

In the highly unlikely event that any product you ordered from us is received in damaged or in defective condition, or if product
delivered is different from what you had ordered, you will get the replacement for the exact same product as was originally
ordered by you (request for any other product as replacement will not be valid).

If the product received is damaged/incorrect, you have to intimate us within 24 hours of product delivery with the proper reason.

To initiate replacement request please email us at beautyconcept@gmail.com with photos of damaged product as reference.
Replacement requests will not be valid post 24 hours of product delivery.

After the replacement request is accepted, our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original delivery address. However,
at the time of pickup, if hand-over of the package is denied/ intentionally delayed by you, return request will not be entertained.

After the product is received in unused and the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags
intact, the original product as was ordered by you will be reshipped to you.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for replacement or refund.

In the rarest case, if we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your amount to your bank account
within 10 to 15 days depending upon when we receive the product back.

For minor color and design variations in the product from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for
replacement and refund.

Beauty Concept is responsible for replacements, if the product gets damaged in transit anywhere in India. The product will be
replaced with the other same fresh piece. Beauty Concept is not responsible for replacements to the products which gets damaged in
transit outside India. However still if the customer wants the product to be replaced they have to bear the return shipping costs.

We request the customers to take a video while unboxing the parcel to claim for refund and return. Having a video will help us to
take decision for the refunds and replacements.

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products and want to return them, please inform us within 24 hours of
product delivery. Return requests will not be valid post 24 hours of product delivery. You can initiate the return process by emailing
us at beautyconcept@gmail.com . After the return request is accepted, our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original
delivery address. However, at the time of pickup, if the hand-over of the package is denied/ intentionally delayed by you, the return
request will not be entertained. After the product is received in an undamaged, unused condition along with the original box and
tags intact, the amount will be refunded back within5working days after we receive back the product.

No refunds will be given if products are returned in used or damaged condition.

Return is not applicable to Bridal Sets and customized products.

If customer has any issues regarding the package pickup, the same can be shipped by the customer from her/his end only after
receiving a confirmation e-mail from us. The return shipping address will be provided on e-mail.

Beautyconcept will refund the whole amount if the parcel is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

In rarest cases if reverse pick up of products is not available in certain Pincodes, customers had to send the product back to us.
They can also mail us for the same. We will refund the amount once we get the product back.
For returns outside India (abroad), the customer has to pay the shipping charges if they want to send the product back to us to
get refund or replacement.

Cancellations: By Customers:

Customers can cancel their order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, you can mail us at
beautyconcept.in or call our customer care at +91 8000862818 . If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel
the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.

Cancellation: By BeautyConcept:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and have to cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole
discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include
limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, product out of stock or
problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information
before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is
required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back.
Products purchased during the sale: Products purchased under any promotional offers or on sale can not be exchanged or
returned. Sale items if exchanged will be done on MRP to MRP basis. That is the MRP of the product being exchanged and the MRP of
the newly selected product is considered and the difference amount needs to be paid. Exchange is not done at a discounted price.
